@tchambers I’m always a bit doubtful about stuff like this, because I think they often get cause and effect backwards.

If you’re sick, or stressed, you will sleep more, because you need more sleep. And then you might go on to have poorer health because you were sick or stressed.

If you set a regular bedtime, and then get up when you wake up feeling rested, I wouldn’t worry about getting less or more than some arbitrary number of hours of sleep.
