Today was a rest day, but yesterday I did three rounds on my rings:

  • Jump rope
  • Dips (best set x 2 + 5 negatives)
  • Walking lunges
  • Inverted rows
  • 3-way core (30″ each hollowbody, inverted plank, shoulder taps)
